This article is very short compare to all those reports, articles, and e-books you read about making money online. The better the domain you get the best price you can sell the site. Before buying a domain please take note the following. - .Com is better that other domain TLDs The above list should be considered if you want to sell your site faster. But if you have not enough budget, I suggest you to use .info domains and buy them from name.com, each .info domain from name.com is worth $2 only and this is a good advantage to make more money. But be sure that the domain you will register is related to the site you're going to build. Hosting - You need to have a host to store all the content of your site. If you have low budget I suggest to use free hosting that support php/mysql. After getting your domains and hosting, the next step is to create the site. You have the option to create your own design, script and content or use our collection of ready to use script. So I suggest while you're building your site register to all the above list and start making post there at least 2 - 3 post a day, so that when your sites is ready to sell you can then post at their market place with out waiting for your membership to mature. Before you make a post to sell your site, I suggest that you may read the forum guidelines to avoid problem and try to read how senior members sell their sites. By reading all those site for sale threads you will get an idea how to do it. Always remember be humble all the time and be helpful to your customers. They may buy again to you in the future if you satisfied them. They may refer you to other members of the forum or friends. You need also to consider how your customer will pay you, most of the buyer prefer paypal.
